Position Location: Lee's Summit, MO
Job Description: The Market Analyst and Tenant Research Analyst positions research, collect and verifies commercial real estate information for their assigned metro market(s). Verified data is entered into the CDX software database. Routine audits of database are performed to ensure data integrity.

Director of Business Development
Position Location: Independence, MO
Job Description:The Director of Business Development will lead and manage the day to day activities of the Business Development Team and prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. You will develop, implement and be accountable for strategic sales plans to meet/exceed corporate goals, develop/direct sales forecasting activities and set and measure performance goals accordingly. You will review market analysis to determine customer needs and price schedules to maximize revenues. As well as direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and optimize sales organization and associated results, direct channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales responsibilities, territories, quotas, and goals. The Director of Business Development will also analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and programs to maximize sales effort and analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.

Requires 70% to 80% travel.

Web Developer
Position Location: Gig Harbor, WA
Job Description:This position will work closely with other team members on high-level development of new and existing systems including both internal systems as well as our core product offering. In addition to the development role, job duties will include assisting with translating requirements and making recommendations regarding technical direction. You will gather feedback from project management staff on Web site development needs, meet with application development team on specifics of projects and make suggestions on creating Web-based technical standards for the Web site. You will build user interface applications using Cold Fusion, Java Script and HTML. At least one year of Eclipse IDE and SQL Server is required. You must exhibit strong problem solving abilities, strong debugging skills, and be capable of writing clean, professional, well-commented code.
